How far must I stay from an insured building?

Our certification is tested to 10ft from any combustible surface. However Bio Heat Resources recommends checking with our local laws in regards to distance from combustibles.

How deep must I bury my insulated water lines?

It is recommended you bury your lines between 18"-24" deep when burying under a non vehicular traffic area. Bury insulated lines 30"-36" deep on a high vehicular traffic area.

What is the maintenance involved in caring for my Bio Heat Furnace?

Your Bio Heat operator's manual will show you the easy maintenance procedures such as: removing the ash, checking water level, and maintaining proper inhibitors levels, etc.

Can I install my Bio Heat furnace myself?

Many people install the furnace themselves however your local dealer or contractor could do the install for you. Your Bio Heat Dealer will have parts and install plans.

What does my warranty cover?

Your Bio Heat furnace comprehensive 20 year warranty covers manufacturer's defects, corrosion, and electrical. We use quality parts in order to give you years of trouble free heating.
